Desde 1962 Peserico es sinónimo de sastrería italiana y representa la tradición de fabricar en la región de Veneto. Os cuento un poco sobre la marca: La empresa fue creada en 1962 por Maria Peserico en Cornedo Vicentino, en la provincia de Vicenza, como un pequeño taller especializado en pantalones para mujeres, y en menos de una década, se convirtió en una empresa mucho más grande con 50 empleados.

Since 1962, Peserico is synonymous with Italian tailoring and it represents the tradition of manufacturing in the Veneto region. Let me tell you a bit about the brand: The company was created in 1962 by Maria Peserico in Cornedo Vicentino, in the province of Vicenza, as a small workshop specialising in trousers for women, and in less than a decade, it became a much bigger company with 50 employees.

En 1975, el esposo de Maria, Giuseppe Peruffo, se convirtió en el Gerente. La producción tenía sus raíces en la tradición local, pero en los años 80 la distribución comenzó a expandirse en el extranjero. El crecimiento constante y el éxito internacional llevaron a Peserico a expandir su universo creativo y en los años 90 las colecciones crecieron ofreciendo un ‘total look’ de la firma con prendas de todo tipo producidas exclusivamente en Italia.

In 1975, Maria’s husband, Giuseppe Peruffo, became the Manager. Production was based on local tradition, but in the 80s distribution started to spread overseas. The constant growth and international success meant Peserico expanded on its creative universe and in the 90s the number of collections grew by offering a total look by the brand with all kinds of items of clothing that were made exclusively in Italy.

Hoy, la marca italiana está liderada por la segunda generación de la familia: Riccardo Peruffo es el CEO y el Director Creativo, junto con su esposa Paola Gonella.

Today, the Italian brand is led by the second generation of the family: Riccardo Peruffo is the CEO and the Creative Director, alongside his wife Paola Gonella.

Peserico apuesta por la calidad en los tejidos, el mimo y cuidado en los detalles, y la artesanía. La compañía siempre ha sido fiel al producto ‘made in Italy’, para ellos representa las mejores fabricaciones: “La creación de cada prenda y accesorio se basa en la habilidad profesional de artesanos de alto perfil, y el desarrollo de cada artículo se sigue paso a paso y se somete a pruebas de alta calidad. Actualmente la marca tiene más de 100 empleados en la sede en Cornedo Vicentino, Italia, involucrados en la investigación de cada producto producido con su propia singularidad, y distribuye a 1.110 tiendas en todo el mundo y en más de 20 tiendas propias.

At present the brand has more than 100 employees at the Cornedo Vicentino, Italy branch who are involved in the research of every product that is produced with their own uniqueness, and it distributes to 1,110 stores around the world and to 20 of their own shops.
