Fotograf\u00eda impresi\u00f3n con material&nbsp;fotosensible gelatina de plata.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>Marco Polo<\/strong>&nbsp;describes a bridge, stone by stone.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>But which one is the stone that holds up the bridge? \u2014asks&nbsp;<strong>Kublai Kan.<\/strong><\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2014The bridge is not held up by this stone nor that one \u2014responds&nbsp;<strong>Marco<\/strong>\u2014, but rather by the line of the arch that they form.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Kublai<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;keeps quiet, reflecting. Afterwards he adds:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2014Why are you telling me about stones? Fotograf\u00eda impresi\u00f3n con material fotosensible gelatina de plata.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of the travel stories that&nbsp;<strong>Marco Polo<\/strong>&nbsp;tells&nbsp;<strong>Kublai Kan<\/strong>, the Emperor of the Tartars (sic), in the beautiful book by &nbsp;<strong>Italo Calvino<em>&nbsp;\u201cThe invisible cities\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em>&nbsp;This melancholic emperor is told by the traveller all about incredible and even impossible cities, all named after women. Until&nbsp;<strong>Kublai Kan<\/strong>&nbsp;warns that all of these cities mentioned by <strong>Marco Polo<\/strong>&nbsp;are alike,<em>&nbsp;\u201cas if moving from one to the other would not imply a trip but rather a change in the elements. Impresa sobre tela de lienzo con sup. resinada. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Perhaps&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rosamunoz.com\/obra\">Rosa Mu\u00f1oz<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>could be&nbsp;<strong>Marco Polo<\/strong>, or maybe&nbsp;<strong>Kublai Kan<\/strong>, or both of them may be&nbsp;<strong>Rosa Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>. &nbsp;For her reality is the starting point that changes, recreates and remakes using digital techniques associated with photography until she achieves voluminous or three-dimensional parallel universes that we can put up in our homes.
