Tendencia primaveraverano 2019: ‘boiler suit’

Una de las tendencias clave de la temporada de otoño–invierno 2018 fue el mono. Entre las tendencias de esta primavera–verano 2019, el archiconocido mono se reinventa y nos lo presentan ancho y con botonadura visible e imagen de mono de trabajo, aunque se lleva en todas sus versiones, ya estén reversionadas o no.

One of the key trends for the autumn-winter 2019 season, the extremely well-known jumpsuit which is being reinvented and presented to us in a baggy style and with visible buttoning in the style of overalls, although it can be worn in all of its versions, whether they be reworked ones or not.

La tendencia nos aconseja vestirlo con el mínimo de complementos, con zapato plano para enfatizar su lado más ‘casual’, o bien con tacón para extremarlo un pelín más y aumentar si impacto, pero siempre sin abusar de los complementos.

The trend demands we wear it with the fewest number of accessories possible, with a flat pair of shoes in order to bring out its most casual side, or rather with heles so as to make it a little bit more extreme and increase its impact, while being careful not to overdo the accessories.

Mi apuesta: Fichado el mono de trabajo de la firma australiana ONETEASPOON de carácter ‘casual’ y utilitario. Me gusta su patronaje ‘over’ con la cintura baja y pantalón exageradamente ‘boyfriend’. Es una propuesta completamente diferente a los otros modelos de mono que ya tengo, así que amplía mi repertorio para la nueva temporada.

My choice: Having snapped up the overalls by the Australian brand ONETEASPOON with their casual and utilitarian feel. I like their oversize cut with their low-slung waist and overly boyfriend style trousers. It’s a completely different look to other jumpsuit models that I already have, so it broadens my repertoire for the new season.

Sin lugar a dudas, si me preguntan, el ‘boiler suit’ es una de mis tendencias favoritas.

Without a shadow of a doubt, if anyone asks, the boiler suit is one of my favourite trends.
