I was reading: “Go big or go home”. It has never been better adapted nor interpreted to what the trend has in store for this Spring 2021. Dressing for our new norm means going for a back-to-basics approach as a stylistic mantra in 2021.
Jeans are getting baggier in favour of comfort which is what we have got used to. Whether they are accompanied by sophisticated top-half items of clothing, or rather, be they paired with items of clothing that emphasise the relaxed air that we do not wish to let go of.
Shirts seem to mostly be white and masculine style, giving up some of the limelight for new aesthetic conversations that have been reworked in pastel shades yet staying true to their oversized cut.
“Ballet pumps are primed to be one of the most popular pairs of shoes for obvious reasons (their comfiness, among others), but with more reasons as we head towards this springtime: it is one of the top trends for Spring 2021.” There is not much more to add than for me to let you know that, in my opinion, it is the most important item of footwear for a solid staple wardrobe.
The handbags by the Barcelona brand Anna Cortina are the perfect match to boost an outfit made up of basics. Art and fashion have joined forces to make it a handbag on a canvas, a space for reflection whereby the handcraftsmanship and artwork are both singing from the same hymn sheet.
February…, keep on walking!!
