Jumpsuits: from yesterday and today

In the autumn of 2017, my interest in wearing one-piece clothes grew. At that time the brands presented this unique item of clothing reworked with fabrics such as denim or tweed, and encouraged us to wear it with stilettos showing off our ankles, with XXL accessories …

Since then, the jumpsuit has practically been transformed firmly holding on to its position as one of the most desired on-trend items of clothing year after year.

If in autumn 2020 the industrial XL designs, the leather pieces with a biker spirit and the dungarees with a seventies feel were the most acclaimed looks, this Autumn–Winter 2021-2022 the options for overalls are more heterogeneous than ever and range from shirts to those with suspenders or in the power suit version …, always with some detail or another, like a belt, which breaks it up.

My choice: in denim and the minimal style by the French brand Iro Paris. The idea is that you can pair it up both day and night with the ideal change of accessories.
